Marine Collagen mostly comprises Type I Collagen. Type I Collagen is the most abundant type of collagen in the human body, and it accounts for up to 85% of the total collagen in skin.

Usage

What is the recommended daily intake?

How do I use hydrolyzed collagen?

Mix one tablespoon into your favorite drink or meal and mix thoroughly until dissolved. Add your collagen to: water, coffee, tea, yogurt, smoothies, juice or soups. You can also make your own personalized energy snacks!

Does the powder clump?

Our fish collagen dissolves completely in warm or cold liquids. However, we suggest mixing our collagen in liquids at to room temperature in order to ensure optimal solubility.
